Industry Surveys for Members

About SFQ Surveys

A major role of the Federation is the provision of advice to governments, among others, on features, issues and trends relevant to the sport sector in Queensland.

From time to time, the Federation will survey members regarding such matters of interest to obtain/ update information for analysis and provision to selected partners and to members, subject to any required conditioning for privacy purposes.

Members' response to these surveys will ensure that we accurately reflect member concerns in our representations and submissions on the industry's behalf.

Surveys will only take a few minutes of members' time to complete.

We encourage the use of the electronic version of our surveys provided by Dolphin Software.  The desktop software used for this survey delivers significant benefits to us in seeking responses.  Not only was the database designed and constructed as we created the survey, but responses are automatically returned by e-mail and collated automatically into that database for analysis.  And for members, in using this software, its easy and fast to complete a survey, giving us opinions.

Download PQF Survey Viewer

A PQF Viewer enables you to complete and automatically return any PQF questionnaire or form, irrespective of the type of email software you use. It configures your email software to read any PQF electronic file for surveys and data collection.

Dolphin Software's Portable Questionnaire Format (PQF) is the new standard for electronic questionnaire or form distribution and automatic response collation. And the Viewer for PQFs - like Adobe's PDF - is free and is only required to be downloaded once.
